The Foundation that Supports the Global Crises

Bill Gates is one of the people who brought out technological development for the world’s contribution in the field of education, communication, business, science, and etc. He successfully builds the Microsoft companies that manufacture several technological gadgets and software programs. With the contribution that he had done for PC revolution, his now spending much more time as chairman of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This foundation was been form with his family and fellow Philanthropist around the country and throughout the globe with the aim to use their wealth and money in combating global crises especially in third world countries.

Just recently of Jan. 26, 2009, he made a speech along with his first annual progress report. He encouraged both the government and wealthy individuals from around the globe to address the global economic crises especially in the United States and third world countries. Since, the economic crises is already at hand that could probably affect for years if things will not be properly manage but still he express his confidence that progress still be at hand if all together the Philanthropist and government of each nation will support each other in this global economic crises that the rich will support the poor especially in third world countries. Bill gates said that education program and healthcare system are the mainstream line that will help improve the lives of the poorest of poor people. For that reason also, that the Gates family increased in giving out money to the Gates foundation in order to cater the vast needs of healthcare and education system of third world countries as well in the United States. As of now, about $35.1 billion is allotted for international fund for different educational scholarships funds in all educational level of learning for both private and public schools internationally. Along with this student financial aid is the aim to increase the numbers of college graduates whether for campus of online graduates in the United States and to the third world countries.

Aside of that also, the allotted fund of the Gates foundation will also be use in developing the healthcare system of third world countries in order to provide resolution in dealing different kinds of ailments and promoting health consciousness for public awareness program. The Gates family had already given a contribution of $5 billion to this foundation and still they continue to be committed to give out more for addressing social concerns.
