Improving the system of education program teaching

Teachers have created an important role in the field of education program of the country due to the fact that they are the prime mover in motivating and enriching the young minds of the learners with knowledge and skills in order to become competitive enough to deal the modernization and system of the world. With the tremendous significant role of the teachers in the society, teaches are being appreciated through the presence of teacher appreciation celebration. But not all the time teachers are always been appreciated, there were times that teachers will also criticisms from their learners or event he parents of the learners especially if they are some failures that had happened as they have teach their learners.

Just like the caser in England and Scotland where in it has been reported that a number of learners in the grade and high school levels and even college level had some failing marks over their subject courses. With that aspects, most of the parents are blaming the teachers and the school administrators of not doing their job well and of not providing their children a good venue to learn things out. Although, parents have some good points on it but it doesn’t mean that all the faults should be blamed for the teachers. Maybe at some point, there are some teachers who have done their part in providing a good quality of teaching strategy over their students but doesn’t the mere reasons that parents will aggressively points all the faults to the teachers but rather be optimistic in proving chances for the schools administrators and school teachers to improve their teaching strategy so that learners will be able to understand the lessons easily and to be more motivated to learn more aspects. This idea was the urge of the government of England and Scotland to the parents who are very much hostile in giving their judgments to the school teachers and school administrators.

Although, private schools are not much affected over this teaching strategy system concerns due to the fact that this cases usually occur in the public schools but still the different private educational learning institutes are still looking forward in improving their teaching strategy in order to provide a good quality of education to their learners.
