Attaining the Aim of No Worker Must Left Behind

Adult education is another level of educational learning that will allow several adults to continue improving their knowledge and especially skills in order to continually attain a new career field of become more efficient in the career field that they have chosen. This week, the Governor of Michigan Jennifer Granholm have announce that $250,000 will be given or awarded to the different areas of adult education organizations in order to increase the numbers of adult learners in the state that provides different basic adult career education and skills that will serve to combat the challenge of working concerns in the country with the aim of the project that No Worker will be Left behind because the educational learning that can be gain in this Adult Education program is offering a post-secondary education and training.

The Niles Community campus schools have just receive the funds in partnership with the Benton Harbor Area Schools, Berrien-Cass Community Education Association, Brandywine Community Schools, Berrien RESA, Berrien-Cass-Van Buren Michigan Works, Cassopolis Public Schools, Educational Opportunity Center, Dowagiac Union Schools, Lake Michigan College, The Opportunity Center, and Regional Skills Alliances. The highly skilled workforce serves as a key in order to retain and support several employers to grow their business in Michigan. This funding will support the Michigan citizens to upgrade their educational learning and skills in order to become successful towards the global economy where in employers are quite in demand with specialized knowledge and skills. This statewide, $2.5 million funds were been administered through the No Work Left Behind program. With the main goal of finding innovative ways in order to support the workers find jobs in their areas. Combining their educational learning and skills that been needed by the different industries that have currently search for workers would be a great support for adult students to better in preparing them to find an employment to prestigious companies in their areas.

The only aspects that the different adult education educational learning institutes is to provide the enough knowledge and skills for the adult learners for them to utilize as they will forego their different career field in the corporate offices or prestigious companies in the country.
