The University of Texas Permian Basin is now kicking off towards its offering an educational program of free online classes towards its high school learners to the entire area of West Texas as far as the Presidio area. According to the ECISD officials on the NewsWest9 that this free online career education program is generating a bigger interest upon continuing education.
