With the advance of our daily technology, emails have been used as a primary communication for business, and personal purposes. An email is a method of exchanging digital messages across the internet and other computer networks. Email has outwitted the traditional communication methods such as; post-mail, telephone and fax due to its reliability. With the advent of electronic mail (e-mail), education institutions have embraced such technology as an aid for their educational programs
