In fact, a grant of $3.2 million coming from the Atlantic Philanthropies and supported by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), was awarded to make the program successful. Just like a nursing school, some professionals that only finished a certificate program are given privilege to proceed to baccalaureate degrees even of all age.

    2. Continuing education program gives hopes to people who have lost the chance to complete their education in their younger years. There are many stories of this that are heartwarming, success stories and failures of people that continue to dream despite old age. In a military schools, all military personnel and officers who don’t finish college are given the privilege to continue schooling. They found out that promotions are hard when you don’t have a college diploma. This program has already helped a lot of military personnel to become officers in the military right after finishing college and had been promoted.

    3. Continuing education program in the professionals world also help them updated in many developments and upgrades in their chosen profession. Usually, there are conferences for engineers, architects and all other profession and an added attraction called “Continuing Professional Education” (CPE) is also made us main highlights of the conference and participants are given points.
