Its been considered that online learning is an affordable, convenient and even high tech educational way upon pursuing career degree without even its leaving its home. In 1985, this online education was been established in Tyler Junior College. This career educational program had already become a building block for several Apaches who had already join abroad and to its campuses. According to Tellfair E. Fullerton who is the instructional designer or considered as learning management system administrator have already observe a tremendous increase for over few year that past upon the demand towards education online. Along with some changes in technology and economy, several numbers of career educational courses have already offered online that continually expanded through the years. In this semester, the health nutrition and minerals online degree courses together with its first year experience career educational courses were already been added. As of now, there are already about 100 online courses or more that are available in the Tyler Junior College.

Approximately about 6,000 up to 7,000 Tyler Junior College learners are now currently enrolled in these online classes for this semester. Since, several of these students are already freshmen, those students who are living hours away in their surrounding towns and those students who are working as full time. Aside of that, several adults are already seeking online learning with the hope of developing their training and skills. In order to become successful in taking part of TJC online career education program, the learners are required to forego an internet access and as well JavaScript. In which, learners are not anymore required to become a computer whiz but must at least know the basic of Internet and computer. Another option for online learning hybrid classes where learners will be meeting once a week for campus classes and do the rest educational requirements in online setting only. As a result, students become quite responsible upon having their assignments being submitted on time and reading several book chapters.

Mrs. Sheree C. Webb who is the instructional designer of this Distance Education recommended for a first year online educators in order to enroll to these hybrid online classes. In that way, students will be able to get a taste of what these online classes will really like be. But there are also disadvantages towards this online learning. In which, often times students are now tend towards putting off their assignments and now others got some hard time comprehending without this traditional lectures. Another obstacles that students faces on is the invisibility of seeing their educators as a result it just easy for them not to completely accomplish their assignments. As a result, their drop out rate tends to become high.

With that students must be able to speak on its Academic Advisor in order to see if taking their online classes would be right enough for them as more courses will be added on them. These courses includes Drafting and welding in which these courses are expected its availability in online setting. According to Brandon Withers who is one of the student that been currently enrolled in this online classes of TJC that taking an education online is not really bad but they just must able to know upon how to manage its time and as well it support of not becoming lazy of it.
