Adult Schools is Preparing their Learners for Workforce

Last Thursday, the Martinez Adult Education or known as MAE are proclaiming its graduates that been celebrated along with their friends, family members, MAE faculty and staff. Celebrating the completion of several adult learners towards their adult career adult course program provides a mark for another step of career development. Its already been a known fact that every ten weeks, new batches of learners will leave of this MAE’s Business Training Center (BTC) after they finish taking their educational program for career advancement especially in today’s economic climate condition.

There are already several individuals who advance their career and even skills such as the Layetta Gyant who is an African-American woman take adult education training in MAE specializing medical field and receive five certificates in the medical field and she was able to immediately accept to work in the hospital nearby their home. According to her, she was been laid off from her previous job employment in a mortgage industry last, with that it forces her to avail the benefit that the California Training Benefits Program that been provided to the laid off workers or to the individuals who haven’t gain employment yet. Part of this program is to forego training in MAE campus schools and she decided to be trained in the medical field besides there are several hospitals nearby in their home that needs several medical staffs to do several medical functions. True enough, she regains back her economic condition because she was accepted to work in one of hospital nearby in her home.
