Here in the United States, the implementation of no child left behind policy is strictly implemented by the government. This policy refers to the educational welfare of the young individuals. In which, every individuals especially the children are encourage to undergo or continue their academic education program in the different schools in the country. Despite of that national policy that everyone must formally undergo a formal education program if possible until college or high school level of education but still there are several individuals who can’t finish their high school and college education due to some circumstances that had happened in their lives.

Usually, the common reasons that been gathered why there a lot of young individuals who haven’t continued their educational program is lack of financial resources to support their educational learning. Although, the presence of student assistance program are very much helpful such as student loan program, educational scholarship and grant program but not everyone will qualify this programs which also leads some of the learners to make a decision to temporarily stop their educational learning and for the meantime look for a job employment which does not require much academic attainment for the purpose to earn and to make a living or save money in order to be used to go back schooling if they like it. Although, there are some reasons aside from financial concerns that inhibits the learners to continue their educational learning program but whatever that reasons are still the individuals who haven’t continue their high school or college education program for a long time were given a chance by the government to continue its formal learning through adult education. In which, the adult students were been group together in the same educational program. It has been reported that there are several American individuals who have enrolled to this adult education program and in fact a number of them already finished this type pf educational learning system. Just like the recent graduates in Exeter Adult Education wherein 108 of adult individuals have completed the adult education program and have gained a high school diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma). As well, many of them are very much thankful for the adult educational program that they have attain since it will help them a lot to enhance their career and obtain a more dignified and quality living.
